this does smell pretty desperate, but its going to work out for them. draft well and rah can now coach to his strenghts… give em bout 2 yrs.

This is, IMO, a desperation move. I do not feel it sets the stage for a demotion of Morris but, more likely, a promotion of Joe Barry in this off season.

I think that this may be setting up for a couple possible moves this offseason.

1. Like Prodigy said RaRa to DC and a new HC (Unlikely)
2. RaRa gets to hire his own coordinators (hopefully)
3. Fire them all!!!!

All I have to say is YEA… I’m glad we are going back to our bread and butter on the Dee… Tampa Two is what our players know and understand.. and this will be a big help I hope.
