Our good friends at The Sports Mob invited yours truly, OldSchool, to take part in a legitimate journalist’s round table tonight. Now normally I would be worried about that but when you add together the people on the round table (Rick Brown, Lakeland Ledger of Dub-C via PC @RickBRown91 on Twitter and Stephen Holder – @HolderStephen on Twitter, alleged wearer of skinny jeans and the “Usher of local print media” as coined by @RealShaunKing) there was no way I could turn it down.
Then it got better.
This whole thing will be held at Tampa Humidor, the area’s foremost location for Cigar Afficianados (and hacks like me) to find and partake in the finest cigars.
It all kicks off LIVE at 6:00 PM at their lovely location at 1418 E Busch Blvd, Suite 105 – Tampa, FL 33612-8692. The roundtable is hosted and moderated by Sam “@DaGodFather1010” Oxendine and the Sports Mob who can be heard every night on 1010 AM CBS Sports in this very same time slot.
So come join us to talk Bucs football, coach search and apparently, clown on each other as rumor has it, @RealShaunKing may roll through with his Crew (not sure what that means but keep your head on a swivel!). This is sure to be a standing room only event!
