The Glennon Era has begun and he better be a Doctor and be working on Vince’s ribs and Mike’s hammy right now as I type. The Bucs will trot rookie QB, Mike Glennon out to face the Arizona Cardinals this week at home and will need a stellar effort by the defense and a solid (and consistent effort by the running game to help the young signal caller as he gets acclimated to the speed of regular season action.

- Run Dougie, Run! – Damn their defense. Glennon needs help this week especially with Mike and Vincent unable to practice.
- Protect your new QB – Things will be moving fast. The OC better damn well dial up some better schemes this week and allow Mike to check out of plays that are too slow to develop
- Score on defense. IF not score, get short fields via pressure
