Despite the best intentions of everyone south of Atlanta (well except for Bucs fans who want us to go 1-15 in an attempt to ouster the current regime and maximize our chances for a premium draft pick), the Bucs still managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory at the dome this weekend. OldSchool will have to wear a ridiculous Falcons hat and listen to even more ridiculous Falcons fans talk about what a great win this was while preaching how much worse it would have been if ONLY:
- Matt Ryan was not made of tissue paper
- Michael Turner was not made of tissue paper
- Harvey Dahl was not made of tissue paper
I saw improvement in a lot of areas but not enough to win. We will be covering the game, our trip to ATL and much, much more including a discussion of Friday night’s LFL contest between our Tampa Breeze and the Chicago Bliss.
