Just a brief reminder per request so that our friends and family can make the appropriate schedule adjustments. We will be broadcasting live from O’Houston’s Irish Pub at 518 West Bay in Largo, FL for the Seahawks game. Eddie and the crew are always amazing hosts so if you can, plan to join us for a live pregame, halftime and postgame show as well as drink and food specials. We are working on some special guests (KimK has not returned my call yet but I am working on a few alternates).
For those of you who have not been to O’Houston’s yet, it is a quaint Irish pub featuring a full bar and traditional pub cuisine. Eddie (owner and host extraordinaire) usually puts some special deals together for us and as they solidify, we will let you know what they are. At the end of the day, it is a great place to get out and watch the game with other Bucs fans. The flier for the event is here and we will be posting it on our Facebook page as well so please RSVP so we can get an idea for the Fire Marshall.
This week we have Carolina. They started all of our pain last year and dammit, we need a victory. Our squad seems to be improving slightly and theirs is not. Let’s stick a dagger in their heart. As mentioned on the show Thursday night, I am expecting a nice day for Caddy as our running game finally gets off the skids. The defense has been hobbled by poor play, poor scheme and poor game planning so far, but after showing a sign of life in Atlanta, let’s see if the squad can punish the relatively green signal caller for Carolina.
It has been a long season Bucs fans. We have lived through worse. I, for one, want to see a few wins. Draft status be damned. Get some pride guys and play like there is no tomorrow because there isn’t.
